ABOUT THE ITEMS

Are these items pre-owned?
Yes, most of our items are pre-owned. These items are pre-owned but still look great! Our style team examines every individual item for damage and flaws. If an item has substantial damage, then we do not sell it.

Do you carry new items?
On occasion we carry new items and some may still have the tags attached! All new items have the keyword “NEW” in the title of the item.

Are these items altered?
These items are pre-owned and may have been altered. Some items might have been changed from the original off-the-rack size to fit the previous owner.  We always note any size discrepancies in the item description.

Are your items clean? Do you clean your items before selling?
We sell items “as is”. We do not dry clean the items before selling them. Most items are in great condition and look great. We strongly recommend washing or sending your item to the cleaners before wearing even if they look excellent.

 

RETURNS

My item is wrinkled, what can I do?
We strongly recommend cleaning before wearing even if the item has no marks or damage on it. Cleaners will always press your items so wrinkles will be automatically removed during the cleaning process. If you are cleaning the item at home, a quick steaming or ironing will remove any wrinkles. It is very easy!

I want to return an item, what do I do?

Please send us an email along with the tracking number and reason for return. We will give you a full refund for your purchase and shipping paid. Item must be returned in the same condition that it was received without additional damage.

What is your return policy?
You have a 72 hour return policy. If you change your mind, you may return the item to us. If you find additional damage on an item that we did not disclose then you may return the item for a full refund.

 

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
We have a 2-3 days handling time. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship via USPS priority mail. They advertise their service delivers in 2-3 days. You should automatically receive a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive your tracking number please contact us.

My item did not ship out, what can I do?
Please contact us if the item has not shipped after 4 days. Our customer service specialists will look into your order and update you. If the item is not found we will automatically refund you.
